"Very clean and the property was beautifully maintained. I spoke to the host a month in advance to inform of our arrival early and he agreed. Given my party of 4 would arrive at 3am in the morning with 2 of my group were in wheelchairs and elderly.. This property is definitely family friendly and with shops being at least 15 to 20 minutes away.Great place to rent and very spacious."

"The home is clean and comfortable; well appointed kitchen. Would give 5 stars but the address was incomplete (need the directional north, south, east or west!). Calls went to a voice mail, no response for lengthy period. Owner was polite when finally contacting us and also helped direct how to turn on the hot water heater. The location is convenient to local golf course."

"The establishment itself was very southern style which I liked and most importantly very convenient to my family location overall it was worth the money this place is definitely on my list of returning especially if they upgrade just a little bit in the rooms as far as appliances but it still was worth it."

"This property is breathtaking from the curb appeal, the exterior and interior decor,well stocked amenities, and household supplies that took meticulous, care and consideration for traveling guest. I also must add in that even when the unexpected( traveling families mishaps come up) the owner and Evolve staff have been right along side us while on this vacation. I highly recommend this property to those traveling to Myrtle Beach/Loris Sc."
