"The Hotel was lovely and with a big attention for details. We got a cozy and big room with a privat garden. The stuff was amazing : both shifts: Domingos and Sheley were Fantastic and very helpful and kind. We love the place and the vibes and the hotel Is basically walking distance form everything. We walked twice to the Waterfront Mall and we felt safe all the way and enjoyed a pleasant walk. We also meet the German owner who was very kind and warm. We will come back cause CPT is amazing. "

"A hidden gem in Cape Town! We only stayed 2 nights but it was more than enough to recommend this place to others. The guest house is located very conveniently from both the V&A and the stadium. Both are walkable or a very short drive away. The building itself is lovely, very clean and well decorated. Our room was large and very tidy with a huge comfortable bed and large patio area. "The couch, carpet and chair in the lounge were filthy. The place also smelled like it was standing closed for months. We kept the door open constantly for fresh air. The bathrooms can also do with extractor fans. Coffee machine missing, as well as docking station, but there was a used (dirty) espresso cup on the counter when we arrived. Some towels had holes from old age. Only 2 teaspoons in the drawer, and when you needed a normal glass, you had to get one from the bed- or bathroom. The bar is...

"The hotel was very small nothing like the pictures, we were on the third floor had to take cases up no lift. No hot water, tap loose towel rail falling of the wall, light on bedside cabinet not working, no hairdryer as described on site . Very poor breakfast. How it got four stars I shall never know. "

"Great location - a short walk to the promenade by Green Point lighthouse. There is a hot breakfast which is delicious and made to order. The front terrace is a nice place to sit out in the evenings, and there is an honesty bar. Place feels secure with a member of staff always on duty by the front gate.
