"It was a muggy 100 degrees in Allentown; we were early but the staff got us out of the heat and into a room very quickly!"

"The location is central to everything. Great access to food, attractions, shopping and the expressway. From check-in, to meals, to directions - all of the staff were extremely welcoming, polite, and helpful. Parking was easily accessible and there were lots of places to park. I'll be looking for other IHG hotels when traveling "

"I unfortunately forgot my wallet back home. The reservation was under my name. Luckily I was advised to move the reservation to my husbands name. That worked! Thank you HOTELS.com :) He had his ID and credit cards. Almost had to walk out and go 2 hours and half back home! The hotel was lovely, so comfortable, my little yorkie was comfortable and greeted by all the guests lol. Great coffee and market inside and awesome lounge areas to meet with friends and family."
