With its five large bedrooms, the home is perfectly suited for larger groups (even your small dog is welcome!).

The Space:
Gather with friends and family in the spacious, open concept living and dining areas. Whip up gourmet meals in the high-end, newly remodeled kitchen. Play a friendly game of basketball or volleyball on the massive indoor court (year-round fun!), then soothe your weary muscles in one of the two massage chairs, in the sauna or in the hot tub. Play pool, hit the complimentary arcade game room and watch movies on the 85-inch TV. Outside, take advantage of the firepit and charcoal grill for warm-weather gatherings.

The home provides three bedrooms (one ensuite) on the main floor. A fourth bedroom is located up the stairs off the kitchen, and a fifth bedroom is up one more set of stairs from the fourth bedroom.

Plenty to keep a family busy between the hot tub, pool table, arcade and indoor basketball court. Nice big rooms excellent for our big family. Host was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely rent again

We really enjoyed our time at Preble Hills. More than enough space for multiple families with kids to hangout, eat, relax and enjoy each others company. The arcade games worked, the hot tub was clean, the house was clean, rooms were massive, everything was exactly as expected. Tom was responsive throughout our entire stay. Based on our experience, we’d stay here as well aa any of the other properties in their portfolio. Bonus discovering mtb trails with a pump track and tubing within a mile from the property.

We booked this property for a weekend with our friends. It's clean, and spacious, with lots of activities to do!!! The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Our group loved playing games in the indoor gym, relaxing in the sauna, and using the massage chairs. We definitely would stay here again.

We rented this house to celebrate our Moms 74th birthday. Our group ranged in ages from 9 to 75 and there was something for everyone! Lots of sleeping space, amenities and activities. The entire house was clean and updated. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this property so much! The arcade, basketball court, massage chairs, spa, met the needs for everyone staying there! Walks to parks, close to downtown. Family friendly but also totally amazing for just adults with the wonderful bed layout! They had more than we expected to accommodate our little ones! Communication was on point! We always have a great time staying here. We love the location and all of the activities provided, especially the indoor basketball court, pool table, and hot tub. The massage chairs are a great addition and frequently used to relax sore muscles. The kitchen area and open family room are wonderful areas for family time. Enjoyed the weekend after Thanksgiving with Friends. 4 couples with kids and still enough space for everyone to have their privacy. The house is huge, beautiful, and with toddler boys, the arcade & basketball court we're a hit! Not to mention the massage chairs! There wasn't a dull moment! Can't wait to stay again.

Our family loved our stay here. Usually on vacations, we try to go out more and see the city; however, most of the family did not want to leave the house because of its amazing features. From the basketball court to the arcade to the massage chairs (those were a huge hit!) to the sauna and hot tub, there was literally something for everyone to enjoy! The unique and spacious layout of the home also made it feel like our large family had plenty of room. Fun stay with fun for everyone!

This is a hidden gem! The house was amazing and so many amenities that everyone in our group could enjoy! Massage chairs were a big hit and the hot tub and basketball court were also used a lot! Very spacious and accommodating for all the girls!

This was a getaway for my kids and grandkids. Everyone had a blast! There was so much to do! The grandkids loved the basketball/volleyball court and of course, the video games. Our host, Tom, was quick to respond to the questions that I had. We all loved the massage chairs! The kitchen and dining area was large enough to accommodate all of us! We created wonderful memories here! Everyone had something fun to do all the time. There were so many options and the house easily accommodated our family, myself and husband, adult children, spouses and grandchildren. The massage chairs are amazing. I have fun action pictures of everyone playing dodgeball on the basketball court. We sang karaoke using the huge screen TV to view the words. Wonderful neighborhood near the bay and downtown. This house will not disappoint!

We rented this property for a group of 10 fisherman that came from out of town. The property is centrally located in a nice neighborhood with grocery and fast food near by. We had a Private chef come in and prepare all of the meals for our group. The Kitchen was well stocked for the chef. Having twin refrigerators and freezers was really nice. The layout of this property is really cool. Nice family room with a very nice pool table. The indoor basket ball court was used by all. All the bedrooms were nice and large. My party consisted of 7 adults ranging in age from 21 to 70. The house was very spacious and offered many activities that kept everyone busy! The younger members of my party were occupied with the game room, indoor basketball/volleyball gym, and pool table. The older members were occupied with the sauna, hot tub, and the large living room/movie room area. The house was spotless, and all of the beds were very comfortable. The communication was awesome and check in was a breeze. The location was perfect, as although it was nestled nicely on a hill which gave it the feel of seclusion, which I love, it was very close to all of the main streets, stores, and restaurants. This made for a perfect vacation get-a-way. We will definitely be visiting regularly.

Lots of things to like. The most popular for our group were the two massage chairs. The teenagers used them as much as us older adults. The video game was always in use and also the basketball court. Enjoyed the really large kitchen/ dining area and 13 of us sat down for a meal together. Overall we were real pleased with the property and our stay there.
