"The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious, and the staff was friendly. Great location and it felt like a safe environment, which I really liked. The only bad thing is the train; it passes very close by, blows its horn very loudly, and makes it difficult to sleep. That is the only downside"
"Saturday morning at 6 am the fire alarm went off. I had worked late the night before and had to go in early that day. When I asked the front desk what was happening, they said the power had gone out on the whole block. For some reason that couldn't be explained to me, the fire alarm was set to go off in a power outage. The fire alarm sounded for the next hour and a half, making it impossible to go back to sleep. Needless to say, I had a miserable day at work on about 4 hours of sleep."
"We would like to have had an outdoor gathering place in the evening. The breakfast area was wonderful though. We enjoyed visiting with our family there. Very clean & nice. I very much appreciated the accessible amenities in our room! 5 Stars.
Thank you."
