Though not brand new or overly modern, it was clean and comfortable - kitchen well equipped and plenty of parking in the driveway. "We really enjoyed our stay at the Loyalist Bird House. The apartment was warm and cozy, and we felt at home from the moment we walked in the door. Beds and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen was amazing, with everything you could want to prepare a meal. We liked the thoughtful touches, like the mints, snacks, bottles of water and the K-cup choices. "Very hot (no air conditioning); conversation at night should not have bothered other guests (thin walls); sign asking for 5 stars as a minimum ot of 5 is objectionable (why ask)"

"This property is well located for wine tasting and within walking distance of several restaurants, a beach and a grocery store. It has almost everything one needs. What could make this even better would be 1. hooks or bars in the bathroom to hang towels; 2. a CLOSET!!! (there was nowhere to hang clothes/coats; 3. a few more utencils; 4. windows that open in all rooms; 5. recycling bin in unit."

Firstly, the check-in instructions in the email had directed us to the suite at the top of the stairs, but our suite was actually on the main floor. On our first nights stay, there were noticeable cobwebs in the bedroom/kitchen, and there was hair on the shower walls from whoever had previously stayed. "Stayed at the Nest for my bachlorette weekend with 8 friends and 3 babies under 1. The Nest was perfect and comfortable and the bar and wine area downstairs was perfect. The team working at 33 vines made us feel so welcome and obviously cared very much for their property and business. We had a wine tasting, charcuterie board and a buffet. The house was clean, stocked and had loads of extras we didnt even think of. I would absolutely recommend this place!"
