"Beautiful property, well equipped with breakfast hamper provided. Felt very secure but further from the sea than described. Only issues was the limited head room in places as this is located in the roof space of the building ie toilet area of bathroom, shower, living room. Bed is located in a corner and head space is limited whilst in bed. A lovely property otherwise. "

"Property was a perfect base for our weekend stay, with only 10 minute walk to the front. It was clean and fresh. On arrival we were met and shown round. There were pleasant little touches such as disposable toothbrushes, cotton buds, shampoo and packets of tissues. So thoughtful to include breakfast items and fresh fruit as well as bottled water and something more alcoholic chilling in the fridge. The internet connection was good."

"The apartment was exactly what we wanted! It was comfortable and clean! The host was wonderful and had no issue with answering any questions we had! The apartment is so close to the high street - a perfect spot for nights out or just a quick visit to the center. "Right on the promenade of Herne Bay, this 2 bedroom apartment is in very nice condition with just about everything you might need for your stay. There is off street parking for 1, and both berooms have a small balcony giving excelent views of the bay."

"It wasn't easy to find this flat, would have been better with the Actual address rather than The Whitstable Retreat. Outside the entrance porch is unsightly due to dirt and cobwebs. Once in the flat we found it a good size, nice kitchen area and lounge. Small toilet just inside the front door. I'm not sure about the layout of the bedroom and ensuit though.
