"This really is a stunning property, it is well catered for families and dogs too. The location is spot on and there is tons to do around the area with amazing walks and scenery to local markets and nice restaurants and pubs. Jo is a fantastic host and we can't wait to get back there next year. "Very enjoyable stay in a surprisingly roomy terraced property. Quiet location yet very close to centre of Stokesley. High standard of cleaning and equipment. Our only issues were directions to the property, key in the wrong place and a microwave problem. We believe all of these points are being addressed."

"This was a fantastic cottage with all the mod cons and incredibly clean, lovely beds and towels and biscuits and milk left for us also.We did think there would be a back garden with grass as we had taken our little dog with us but there was'nt. My husband did find a very large field with right of way about 2 mins walk away so little dog loved it so not so much of a problem. "

"We had a lovely stay with our dog. Garden was great for him to run around in and beautiful walks on your doorstep. Great location, nice and peaceful but still close to Croft Circuit."

"The house is located in a beautiful village just a short walk from village centre. The house is updated and spacious. The beds were comfy too - which to me is very important. We didn’t cook, we ate out, but the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glass, pans etc. Only thing we missed was a coffee machine as you can’t get a take out coffee before 9am. We will return again when we return to north east. Thanks for a great stay."

"We didn’t stay in this property ,it was booked for the first night ,in error by your company. The alternate cottage was nearby , still being renovated. Internet didn’t work (got fixed) shower didn’t work & was unable to be fixed . The bathroom area still needs work "
