"We had a very nice stay at Steve’s place. The basement apartment was very comfortable & the back yard was perfect with an in-ground pool & hot tub. My only complaints are, there was a coffee maker, but no coffee, cream, or sugar. The other issue we had was the unlit path to the apartment entrance. We came back late one night from a concert and there was no light to get from the driveway to the apartment. I should also mention there is a slight incline. It’s an lawsuit waiting to happen."

"We stayed in this cute little loft while we watched our grandson play baseball at Cooperstown. It was a wonderful stay cute little loft, nice and clean and easy to get to. Renters are extremely responsive and very easy to work with. We had it an amazing stay and I would highly recommend anyone. "

"Nicely set up VRBO that was clean and had lots of towels (which my wife always appreciates). The team quickly responded and fixed a circuit that went out the same day we reported it – very reassuring! When it comes to parking beware of the alternating street parking restrictions on the side of the building near the front door. The signs said enforcement starts at 8am, and indeed I promptly got a ticket at 9:07am...:)"

"We loved our amazing oasis just minutes from town, campus & the lake. Carrie & Scott had everything we could have needed on hand & there was nothing better than returning to the apt to watch the sunset over the marsh from the deck outside our room. "Totally enjoyed the space. Our view of the lake was spectacular. It was the right size for 2 people. Piece of comfort and home. Efficient and clean. Host was there if needed, and let you enjoy their space. We enjoy watching Lake Sagandaga. It takes on so many different views via cloud formation, color and weather. This place provided the place to enjoy the scenery and let us unwind."

"Every provision you could think of is provided. The owner is very responsive to whatever you need. This is our third time staying in the different lodging available and is now our go to place when up that way. It’s quiet and peaceful even with the lull of the occasional train in the background passing. Just a nice relaxing place to just “be”. Love coming here!"

"The cabin experience was more than we expected. It was beautiful inside and out. It was very clean at arrival. We loved sitting outside listening to the owls at night, the kids skipped rocks on the pond and we stayed up late playing board games. I wish we had stayed longer since we had such a great time!! "
