"My son and I visited with some friends and their kids for 1 night over the may bank holiday. The house has plenty of space and the kids enjoyed exploring and picking their rooms. It's close to a Budgins and fish and chip shop so food was easily available. We went to Stanwick Lakes which is only 20mins drive away and a giant free adventure play area."

"From start to finish the stay at the property was perfect easy check in, Lovely touches left by the owner, The property was well maintained, Nearby stores and restaurants yet in a quite and upscale neighborhood. I had 3 boys ages 9-8, They had all the entertainment in the house & garden they could want. The house is clean and comfortably and big enough for everyone to have personal space. Thank you for being part of our trip."

"Lovely little house, with everything you need for a home from home. Downsides- there is child lock on the Wi-fi, not good for a tradesman working away. Cold house- woke up every morning shivering. Wasn’t sure how to set heating timer. And next door there are elderly neighbours who must be deaf- they are night owls and I’m sure their tv is directly opposite the wall of bed stand. "Unfortunately when we arrived at the property, the cleaners were still cleaning. We were meant to check in from 4:30pm, we arrived at 5:28 and the cleaners were only half way done. We had to wait about 3hours for them to finish. The cleaning was mediocre for a deep cleaning. "This property is located on a very busy street and brings concerns about the noise. The neighborhood was also concerning based on our walk to the property from the train station. The property was not very clean. There were shoe marks on the walls, spots on the bed sheets and an old beverage bottle of yellow liquid in the bathroom drawer. Not sure what it was. We ultimately were not comfortable staying here and went to a hotel."

"Overall, a great stay. Had an unfortunate incident where the room key didn’t work twice, so a bit of a trek back and forth to the room as the hotel is pretty big, but otherwise this was our second positive stay here this year. Incredibly helpful reception staff kindly gave us a free upgrade and added breakfast when they realised it wasn’t on our original booking. Rooms and furniture are a little tired in places, so a refresh would be welcomed. And ideally a fridge in each room would be great for snacks. "
