"Stay away at all cost, not recommended this place at all. Paid for a room with ensuite but assigned me just a room with shared bathroom. Rudeness from front desk was even worse, and that's after driving 5hrs to reach London for a 4 night stay. "Great location and easy access from lhr. Two tips. Don’t bother with hotel hoppa bus. Useless, late, detour takes forever to get to Hyatt. Opt for U3 London transport bus from lhr. Very frequent, only 3 stops and cheap. For North American travellers you are asked to open a « tab » at check in. You just don’t give your credit card number and expect to get charged on it for everything like in the U.S. Got into some frustrating situations with receptionist sall over the UK over this. "
