"Although room was remodeled, floor was dirty and sticky. Bathtub was dirty and cracked, while toilet was unstable. The main problem was we found and took photo of bedbug incident which we reported immediately to the property staff. The property manager called the proprietor who apologized and assured us that our stay will be compensated. Three weeks since the incident, nothing received. "This visit was a little disappointing. There was no soap in the room and the bathtub appeared that it hadn't been cleaned. I was told to park in front of the of the assigned room, but when I arrived there at 7 o'clock there was no space there."
