"This was a fabulous hotel. We only had one night on our road trip from OH back to WA State, and it was close to everything we wanted to do on our short visit. Lovely park across the street from the hotel. Would definitely recommend."

"We travelled here to visit Niagara Falls. First time guests in the area too. I found this hotel on Expedia (first time ever booking thru Expedia). Would definitely recommend this hotel and not pay for the pricey fall view hotels that are closer. This hotel was clean and we had maid service daily. Which, is great after a long day of sightseeing. We did not do breakfast. Went to Stacked x 2 because we drove our own vehicle. My teenage son clogged the toilet and they were up in our room within ten minutes and cleared it in no time. Staff were friendly and never a shortage at the front desk. Elevators move quickly. Eat at Antica a few doors down, best Italian! !"

"This is a large very busy hotel. The staff overall was very friendly and helpful except in the deli/coffee bar. There, I found some of them to be unhelpful and not friendly. The property and rooms were clean however the property could use a facelift. The amenities in the room were lacking to comparable hotels. I did find it quiet at night despite the location."
