"Property was excellent all around. Very convenient to the train station and just right over the bridge into the town. The street was quiet and safe, and the apartment was nice and spacious. Check in staff were super helpful and the apartment was very clean and tidy. Would absolutely stay here again or recommend it to anyone travelling to York "

"Lovely apartment in a really good position, only a 5 min walk to the river and 10 mins from the shambles, when we arrived at the apartment there was a welcome pack waiting for us which was nice of , the apartment had everything you need, nice lounge, really comfortable bed, nice bathroom, just cannot fault anything, would highly recommend. "Excellent location approx 10 min walk to Shambles and attractions. Apart from the single beds squeaking every time you moved was a lovely little apartment to enjoy a weekend away with friends, ideal with the garage parking. Would recommend and we would stay again if in York."

"The property was perfect for our short stay in Scarborough. It is well positioned and inside it seems more spacious than the online pictures suggest. The apartment is well appointed and positioned close to the sea front and to nearby shops. Finding parking wasn't an issue, even on the busy Bank Holiday weekend and provided an ideal base to explore. "

"A very spacious apartment but very basic, beds were very uncomfortable and after a long day in the city you need a comfy bed. A good location, easy walking into the city. No parking although it did state parking which was a little stressful as we arrived late in the evening. Host is a management company, so the communication was delayed out of hours. "Went direct to the hotel from Thirsk, and arrived at 10.30 am. The receptionist was very polite and let us store our cases until we could check in at 3pm. Easy check-in, and had a river facing room on the third floor. Beautiful room, and great bathroom ( the shower was a drencher but there was a shower cap) and lovely view. Blackout curtains and spacious with enough coat hangers for our stay. This is the second time we have stopped and may be tempted to make it a regular yearly hotel as everywhere was exceptionally clean, with a nice smell. Central enough for walking from the train station and close to the town centre."

"Excellent location, just a short 10 minutes walk into town. Secure car park, although costs £17 per day. Good size room, although found the separate toilet a little strange that took some getting used to. Fabulous continental breakfast that can be ordered when booking your room."
