"It was in the perfect location. Staff was incredible. The best coffee right there by the barista in the main lobby absolutely a cute boutique more like a bed-and-breakfast rooms are definitely small, but they try to accommodate with what they have. I would definitely stay again."

"Clearly it was a grand hotel at some point but now it’s filled with cheap renovations, flaking particle board, and terrible beds. It was clean and extremely convenient so that makes it worth it. Will probably stay again. "

"Decent location downtown and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops. Parking was an additional fee (which is typical in a city) and located down the street a few blocks at a sister property but wasnt too difficult as once we parked we walked everywhere until we checked out. The pipes made a very loud sound in the walls for several minutes when turning on the shower and the floors could have been cleaner but the bed was comfy and the room decor felt outdated but was in decent condition and clean. There is a coffee shop located in the lobby but not many other hotel amenities overall. It was fine for us for an overnight stay on a busy race weekend. Would stay here again for the price and location. "

"Its a cheap place to sleep, nothing more. Pool closed by health department. Old food pan left in oven and old food left in the air fryer in room from prior guests. Overall dirty, moldy air conditioner units, spray painted tiles in bathroom to cover up grafitti or something. "

"Worst hotel experience of my life. Nothing worked, including elevators and in-house phones; staff were friendly but seldom at the front desk or anywhere to be seen; the pool was under repair; there was no on-site food, drink, or even a working vending machine. Shower with a peeling privacy cover on the window. Clean sheets and a comfortable bed. On the third day, I had to have the room fumigated for bugs. Looks nice from the outside, and close to downtown. It was the only downtown hotel with vacacy or I would have moved. A rundown property pretending to be a historic hotel."

"Really enjoyed our stay! The room was very modern, and had everything we needed. The location was great, with lots of cute cafés and restaurants within walking distance. The valet team was also very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!"
