"The hotel is easily accessible off Route 295, and close to downtown Freeport and Portland. Price was reasonable. The buildings are fine, all one-story and handicap accessible. Plenty of parking. However, the office is NOT marked, and very difficult to find in the dark. The overgrown/dying grass and shrubs around the buildings were very disconcerting (although we have had a long bout of very dry weather). The room was incredibly clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. "The room looked clean and was comfortable. The bathroom looked clean and was spacious. The furniture was outdated but in good condition, the sheets and bedding didn’t look too new. The carpet is what I didn’t like, the room smelled like old carpet, it helped some when we turned on the AC. The breakfast options are minimal. Stayed for one night, for the price, I’d stay again."

"my partner and i stayed for a weekend and it was exactly what we needed. only a short walk away from the beach and boardwalk, which saved us $100s of dollars instead of staying right on the beach. this also made it so the property was quiet and peaceful away from the busy beach. we had everything we needed and the staff were so kind and accommodating. would definitely stay here if you're looking for something simple that won't break the bank and don't mind a quick walk to the beach. "

"My son and I, totally enjoyed our 2 night stay at this motel. Very short walk to the waterfront and also the Pier. Room was exceptionally clean. Being my age I found the mattress to be not that comfortable. Still got a good night's sleep irregardless. Loved that we were able to bring our dog with us. Office staff; phenomenal!! Would highly recommend staying here. In fact we will be back again!!"

We used the jacuzzi tub in the room which was something neither of us have had at a hotel before.
