"Even though we booked a “Grand Queen” room for 3nights. Quite sometime ago, we were provided smaller room. As I have a fractured foot I wanted to have the space and armchair which was shown on their booking list. We did ask nicely to swap and they did change kindly but excactly the sale size room, just one floor above. Almost they could not careless.
