"Overall very good for the price, great location, helpful staff , I found it awkward getting in and out of the pod . Comfortable once in, pillow too soft , unisex toilets , shower etc all very clean, Quiet Probably would used again."

"The room was exceptionally clean. Celebrated my birthday with my partner, the staff decorated the room beautifully and left some lovely treat. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay at the hotel. A huge thank you to Jurgita for making the day extra special. A wide selection at breakfast which was tasty."

"This is a budget hotel. If you are willing to stay at a budget place, with a shared washroom, I'd highly recommend this place because it is so close to Paddington Station, and a quick walk through Hyde Park takes you to some of the major museums and pick-up spots for many of the tours that go out of London. The staff are lovely."

"The room was clean, staff was super polite, and the location is quite good. It's a bit of a walk from either Pimlico or Westminster stations; however, the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood so you can sleep well."
