"This is a really lovely hotel and in a good location.
It is nicely decorated and the toiletries in the bathroom are very nice.
My only gripe is that the rooms were a lovely size but the beds in comparison were quite small. Lovely comfortable pillows but I couldn’t get over the size of the bed. I’m only 5 foot 7 but my husband is 6 foot 4, we are not large people but we struggled to sleep due to the size of the bed.
Also, there is nowhere to hang your clothes as there is no wardrobe or hangers...

La propreté de la chambre était vraiment insuffisante : beaucoup de poussière un peu partout, des cheveux sur le lit ainsi que plusieurs taches. L’ensemble donne une impression de manque d’entretien.
Pour un tarif de plus de 300 € la nuit, le rapport qualité-prix est clairement décevant. À ce niveau de prix, on s’attend à des standards de propreté et de confort bien supérieurs."
"This was the first tine we had spent more to stay more in the centre of London, and had chosen this hotel over others for the lovely courtyard entrance over looking the gardens. On arrival the entrance was closed for maintenance, which also meant a lot of noice during our stay. So the actual entrance was on a main street - a small doorway next to a restaurant.
The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work and the bathroom steamed up quickly.
The window in the room wouldn't stay open either,...
