"Clean, comfortable bed and linens, cold A/C at a reasonable price. That's about all. The Motel 6 was obviously a mid-range convention center, once upon a time - the sort of place the Lions Club would have its dinner meetings. This was maybe two or three iterations ago. Now, the grounds are grubby. The pool is empty. Dead cars in the parking lot. You get the idea. To add insult to injury, there's no breakfast at all - inexcusable at this price. The coffee ran out, and the morning desk clerk...

"Pet friendly was nice. Property needs improvement. Room had bad smell. A/C, set on high at coldest setting, did not cool room very well. Toilet seemed semi plugged and did not flush well."
