"Need improvement on Handicap Areas. For people who can not walk that far to some areas, if drop off areas to every door were more accessible especially were elevators are located. Coming thru the front only to have to walk to the side back of casino is quite far for most handicap people who are still able to walk a little bit."

"The room was cleanand had all the amenities I needed. I also love that this hotel is connected to El Dorado and Silver Legacy!! Makes it so convenient to get around and the choices to eat are endless!! We went for Hot August Nights and had a great time!!"

"Delicious breakfast! Beautiful spacious, immaculately clean room with separate sleeping and living room areas! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had the chance to swim in both the indoor and the outdoor pools!! Excellent experience! The Laurel staff, for our breakfast, provided excellent service! The pool staff are also helpful and welcoming, as well as the front desk staff! You feel relaxed here, so you can truly enjoy your vacation! I highly recommend The Grand America."
