There was a lot of work happening around the hotel (city road works) which made navigating a path to/from the hotel safely a little more challenging than usual. One thing I would flag is that service was quite slow and I was surprised to have the hotel restaurant waiter explicitly invite a tip!"

"Great location just down the block from the cathedral. Room was small which was fine. The shower leaked water onto the floor but it was a slight annoyance but easily mopped up with a towel. My only issue was that the A/C did not operate and it was quite warm. I would leave the windows open but my room was entered from the outside and above a restaurant so there was quite a bit of noise. "Austria Trend Hotel Europa Graz is a nice hotel. The bed was comfortable with soft pillows. We were happy that each of us has two pillows. The room was clean. The bathroom offered a sufficient number of towels. Breakfast offered a wide selection of food and fruits. Staying in the hotel was a pleasant experience."
