"It was our 1st time staying in the village hotal have to say it was lovely room staff friendly heloful too. We had level 1 in room 102 only meh to it is your looking a wall thats the only downside but other then that everything was clean tidy .There's a kettle and few option to have a freshing drink. We didnt use anything apart from the rom so i cannot comment on rest of the hotel We didn't eat or drink or use the gym or pool thats an extra charge Bathroom spacious we had with rain shower wow i definitely recommend theres a black out blind nice and we would had a veiw of runway i guess but u hear it a little but didnt bother us ty "

"I took my 13yr old granddaughter away for 2nights ,the hotel was amazing very modern just what a teenager wonts ,we had a brilliant time the pool , jacuzzi& stream room where brilliant lovely and clean and very friendly couldn’t do enough for you. What’s her name?we give a big shout out to Zara who was on reception what a lovely kind & friendly lady she even gave us a free drink to take away with us overall it was outstanding "

"What a remarkable hotel. So beautiful, if you can stay in the Towers Building - do book there - I’m sure the new building is lovely too but the history and amenities in the old building are just beautiful. The daughter of Lord Byron lived there, the furnishings are lovely, we had just a mid range room - nice big room, big bathroom and views onto the wall. 🤗 Breakfast was good, usual buffet but good choices and nice staff. All round a few lovely days. We walked to a good pub called The Duke of Wellington but there is dining at the hotel too. Lots of lovely National Trust highlights in the area, Guildford has nice shopping and beautiful country side - plus the hotel has lovely grounds to walk. "
