The house is located in the town of Grayan 9 km from SOULAC / sea 10 minutes by car, 7 km from Montalivet.
Our very natural supervised beach is 4 km away (5 min by car) and you will find sports activities for your children on site. Going up towards Le Verdon / mer you have a tourist port with its restaurants and sporting activities (jet ski, sailing lessons ect). You also have night markets every night in the surrounding villages.(Grayan, Vensac, Talais ...)
Going up 10 km you have the ferry that can take you to the landscapes of the Charente coast for a day trip.
Further south (an hour's drive), you have the Arcachon basin with the PYLA dune and these oyster beds, tastings on site possible with a view of Bird Island !!
