"My husband and I decided that we wanted to stay at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. We were speechless in a very good way. We could not believe how amazing it looked. The staff (all) were more than helpful and very friendly. We are definitely planning on returning there very soon. "

"I don't know if I can say Ive had that type of service at a hotel in a long time. Star is genuinely pleasant and genuinely wants to ensure guests have a pleasant relaxing stress free stay. I only spent a tiny amount of time with Michelle but she was super helpful too. I dont really expect much from hospitality these days as customer service has declined drastically. If Star and Michelle could travel the country to train others how to provide a pleasant experience for guests it would be beneficial and give people reasons to seek out your brand. Thank you"
