"Good hotel, including good breakfast, free parking In the room missing the kettle"

"B&B Valle Allegra was a wonderful place to stay. It's beautiful, rustic and full of character. The place was clean, the shower modern with a rainfall showerhead while the rest of the place maintained an authentic charm. What made our stay extra special was the family who run it. They welcomed us wholeheartedly, made a fabulous breakfast, gave excellent tips for visiting Etna and places to eat as well as sharing wine and stories with us one evening. The B&B is a bit out of the city so I...

"Very professional helpful staff9"

"Strange set up in a less than convenient location. Our room was in a building across a courtyard from the small hotel building, possibly a converted garage. Some of the amenities listed such as fitness center and pool were at an additional charge. Not a horrible place, but not at all what I thought we were getting."

"Great view from our room or towards the ocean. Room was close to the pool and the pool bar. Only challenge was that there are no supermarket near by. 2 km to the closest. Friendly and helpful receptionists. Great breakfast which can be had outdoors with a view. The temperature in both the pool and ocean was ok even late October. But then we are Norwegians …"

"La struttura é nuova, pulita, arredata con gusto, tenuta in ordine e pulita e si trova a pochi minuti da 2 centri commerciali. E' disponibile il parcheggio privato gratuito per gli ospiti in loco, nella proprietà privata. La camera tripla é molto spaziosa, dotata di tv, piccolo frigo e anche di un tavolo con sedie. La colazione all'italiana molto buona e ricca. Il personale gentile e disponibile."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Plaza Hotel Catania I had a wonderful experience at Plaza Hotel Catania. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally nice, modern, and comfortable. Although the hotel is not located directly in Catania’s historic center, it’s only a relatively short drive or taxi ride away. I actually preferred being a little removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. The location is excellent, right near the sea, with several good restaurants within...

"Fantastic hotel, knowledgeable, enthusiastic staff…….. 50 Meters from the sea spectacular view Stayed five nights if I’m ever back in Catania, I will just book this place again"

"The location was perfect, quiet and safe. The staff were amazing. They were super friendly and helpful. They cooked delicious food and made awesome drinks. Breakfast included and super clean. I would definitely recommend the Ollen Apartments."

"Breakfast/Room service - Babita was very welcoming with a smile every morning. Works 6 days a week cleaning and serving the whole place. Lovely to speak to. Always positive to see her in the morning. Enjoyed my breakfast time. Then we have Alessia who is the main receptionist, we celebrated our birthdays, she told me places to visit, was very kind and we had good conversations. I enjoyed seeing her everyday before heading out for the day. She was very informative. Both ladies made my birthday...
