"This is a very cozy, well-appointed "apartment." The location is great for walking to most downtown restaurants, the museum, and the main square. Groceries were not a problem, as there is a Walmart in the middle of downtown. We never had any communication with the owner(s), but did not need to. The instructions for entry and checkout were very clear, and their contact information was provided. We expected a multi-story building, but this is many units on one level; each with its own parking...

"A buddy and I came down to mountain bike the Bentonville area. The location was perfect having the back 40 trails available right in our backward! These trails drain water well and we had plenty of rain the week we came down. The house was well kept, clean and comfortable. "
