Country House 'Le Mas des pins' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Graveson, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, near the Montagnette, this 55 m² country house comfortably sleeps up to 4 across 3 levels. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a large shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, citrus juicer and 4-burner gas hob. A barbecue and plancha grill are also available. Other amenities and products include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, a few board games, washing machine, cot, high chair and homemade olive oil.



Enjoy the secure, shaded 3,000 m² garden with an unheated, chlorinated outdoor pool open from April to September and a hot tub open from May to September. The owners may also use them in very hot weather. You also have a private uncovered terrace, private barbecue, outdoor shower and table tennis table.



A shared parking space is available on site. Pets, smoking and parties are not allowed. Beach towels are provided for your comfort. Electric vehicle charging is prohibited on site, but 2 charging stations are available in the village. Municipal tennis courts are right next to the property.



For your safety, a camera monitors the entrance gate and parking area, with video recordings kept for 30 days. The pool is closed with a cover that meets safety standards, and children under 12 may not use the hot tub.

Whirlpool: Open from 1 May to 30 September.
