"Unfortunately, my arrival was not a good experience. I waited around 10 to 15 minutes at reception with only one staff member working, and the queue stretched out the door. Seriously. The queue management was very poor. It should be proactive, not reactive, if you're waiting until the queue is out the door before getting help, you've already lost control.
When I was finally dealt with, my ID was handed back in a dismissive way, and there was no apology or acknowledgement for the wait.
