"All-round lovely hotel in great location, but the real stand-out thing was the helpfulness of the staff. I’d been hoping to charge my EV overnight but arrived to find the car park full and charging spaces taken. They went above and beyond to help - advised me where to park overnight and arranged free late checkout and charging for me the next morning so we could easily continue our journey. The kitchenettes are great too, and dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were delicious. I would definitely stay here again."

"We were completely happy with our stay at Starcity Hotel. The hotel was very clean and in a great location, just a short walk from the Old Town and many of the main attractions. We especially loved the layout and the outdoor setup in front of our accessible room. It was so nice to be able to sit outside, enjoy the sunshine, and relax in the garden. The beautiful layout and landscaping even reminded us of Thailand, which made the stay feel especially welcoming. I was also very happy to discover their vegetable garden tucked above the parking lot — such a lovely and thoughtful touch! The reception and cleaning teams were both wonderful, friendly, and efficient. We truly enjoyed our stay and only wished we had known beforehand how happy we would be at Starcity Hotel. We definitely would have stayed longer in Bordeaux!"
