You cannot gain access to your booked and paid for room until you have paid 15 pounds extra (for cleaning). I was literally made to stand in the rain while speaking to the person who is supposed to give me access to the room on the phone.I was literally bullied into either paying or just walk away. "Perfect peaceful stay, good location for access to villages and town. Very good value for money compared to most local stay overs."
