This 2-bedroom apartment with a private garden is situated in Gravedona. Just 1 km from a lake, it is great for both families and groups. There is a shared swimming pool for relaxation.

From this apartment, you can plan an excursion to Gallio Palace and Lake Como Adventure Park. In the evening, you can hit the nearby lake. A forest, supermarkets, and restaurants can be found 1 km away.

Parking is available on the premises and you will find a shared terrace ideal for barbecues. This centrally heated accommodation has a satellite TV and WiFi for entertainment. A sofa bed is kept in the living room to relax on. There is an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and refrigerator at your disposal. For the comfort of kids, a separate bed is available.
The house is accessible from the parking level, located within the property, via a recently installed lift (2019), or via external stairs. The private indoor parking area is accessed from the road above (provincial road) via a short, fairly steep ramp. It is a few steps from the lift to the entrance.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit Sitzplatz, Pool und toller Aussicht. In der Küche/Wohnung hatte es alles, was wir brauchten. Wir wurden vom Gastgeber sehr freundlich empfangen und eingeführt. Leider war das Wetter nicht so toll. Die Wohnung ist aber so gut gelegen, dass wir trotzdem Wanderungen, Radtouren, Bootsfahrten und Spaziergänge unternehmen konnten. Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz braucht beim ersten Mal ziemlich Überwindung, man gewöhnt sich aber schnell daran. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
