"This property is absolutely beautiful!! The pictures posted does not do it justice. We stayed with our family of 8 and had an incredible time. The house is fully stocked with everything you need.. all you need to pack is clothes and food. Condiments, spices, housewares.. everything was supplied and more!! There is plenty of room for everyone. The rooms are set up great for kids, with bunkbeds and extra beds in some rooms so they were able to all stay together if they wanted too. We had so much fun fishing off the dock and also using the canoe/kayaks/peddle boat that were supplied to fish on the lake as well. Tons of fish were caught!! We were able to dock our boat at the private dock which made it super easy to hop in the boat and go. The home is cozy and beautifully decorated. The owner Tom was amazing to deal with. He was very responsive and answered all my questions leading up to our stay, as well as during our stay when I had any questions. If you are second guessing your stay, just do it.. it’s worth it!! I will mention, there is no tvs in the house, which was a surprise to us. But all 6 kids did not miss having a tv. There is so much to do and supplied by the owner that they kept busy for the 6 days we were there. Our family loved our stay, and created core memories we will never forget!! "This was a great spot. We had 3 kids under 5 and an old man of a pup. The house was spacious, clean and bright. The AC was fantastic. The kids loved 'hiking' down to the little sandy beach to make castles and see the very curious turtles. Huge bonus was the paddle boat, the kids absolutely loved being paddled out and jumping off in the middle of the lake. Super easy to get to and close proximity to general store and Kookanusa. Thanks for the great retreat for our family!"

"Was a great location for a reunion of friends who hadn't seen each other in many years. Did some fishing, hit the lake, went to the Farmer's Market, was an awesome time. Rooms are plentiful and spacious, whole place was immaculately clean. Would gladly come and stay again sometime!"
