"An amazing hote, clean, quiet, and centrally, located just two minutes from everywhere in town. It features a modern, authentic Austrian restaurant. lovely staff, an excellent breakfast. Spacious and clean rooms, and a huge, well-equipped bathroom. In short, a perfect hotel 11/10 !!!"

"We had the most wonderful stay at Post am See. Ate at both of the properties, restaurants, and have nothing but great things to say about both particularly the fish! The rooms were clean, and the views were amazing. The staff even gave us a parting gift, which was such a special touch. Would recommend!"

"It is a very good choice for a basic 1-2 night stay in the area near Gmunden. The room was modern, clean, comfortable. Breakfast at the outside restaurant 2 minutes from the hotel was very good. This is a hotel without a front desk. When we had a problem with our room, we called the emergency phone number at 10PM. The lady that answered was extremely nice and helpful and gave us a new room in 5 minutes. The tech-based automated check-in procedure was BAD. We booked through hotels.com, immediately got a message from the hotel saying we will get check-in instructions 3 days before our stay. No check-in instructions arrived. I tried the check-in section on their website -- it did not function. I called them on the phone -- the person was very nice, said they have a problem with one of the tech providers but, no worry, there are check-in terminals at the hotel. We arrive at the hotel, tried the first check-in terminal and we get a message that the system does not recognize our reservation. We were about to call them on the phone when my partner suggested to try the second check-in terminal and this one worked smoothly. In summary, it is a nice hotel with good value for money, but, if you rely to technology to replace humans, the technology BETTER WORK otherwise it is a poor customer experience."
