"Took the 5.5 hr ferry from Bergen, through the fjords and arrived at Flam. We were so happy to check into this hotel as our room as it provides a warm, classic, upscale but not pretentious vibe. Our room was comfortable. We opted for the dinner buffet which was pricy but totally worth it! Service was top notch. We were on a 2 week trip and stayed at many hotels and encountered varying level of services and this place definitely ranks top in hospitality, professionalism and helpfulness. Highly recommend. "
