Every single employee I encountered went above and beyond, from the manager picking me up at the airport, to helping me get my luggage to my room and doing it all in reverse during checkout. I'm mobility impaired and am using an electric wheelchair. I appreciated all the accessibility in the room. I will definitely seek out Staybridge in my future travels, but nobody is going to be any better than the employees at the Columbus Ohio airport location."
