"This was a very nice property. The cleaning service could have done a better job. When we arrived there were crumbs on the counter, what appeared to be soda on the blinds and stains on the pillow cases. We got some cleaning supplies and sanitized things to our comfort level. The apartment was nice and spacious. We loved having our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The walls were pretty thin so it was a little loud in one of the rooms near the outside stairs. "Came to the Woodlands to visit a sick friend in the hospital there. The property manager was empathetic and responsive. Allowed us another hour to check out due to storms in the area. Manager is very good to work with. We felt good to have such a nice, comfortable place to stay during an otherwise trying time."

"To start with..The yard when you walk in is a mess, the hot water was barely warm, left over food in the freezer and fridge that needed also to be wiped down, the toilet and tub needs replaced was all orange, there was no toilet paper, no shower curtain, be careful on the rugs they skip so easy."

Nice to be close to Hughes Landing that has great restaurants and a Whole Foods Market too. Host is always available, if needed. We didn’t need anything but she kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed."
