"Staff were very attentive via email and super helpful in setting up our stay: Ty Casey, Paxton, and Scott! Only thing we didn't like was not having on site food options and bird droppings everywhere. Our room was very clean! We recommend little cafe called R&K in town for breakfast! Loved their French toast!"

"Amazing host was quick to answer any questions and super nice. Not intrusive at all but available and helpful. Property was clean and comfortable- especially the reclining sofa and the king bed. This is a working farm and the property is older and a bit rustic so be aware. Fully equipped and all appliances worked perfectly. The WiFi was blazing fast. The rooster will wake you early though if you are a late sleeper! The livestock guardian dog is the ultimate smiling greeter and such a sweetheart!...

"We had a great 2 week stay in Waxahachie. Taylor was great to work with. We had a bit of an issue and had to move in quickly. The house was ready for us and had no issues our entire stay. It's in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to major highways. The highlight was definitely the hot tub! Would recommend."
