The patriarch of the family built an authentic Blackhouse on the property and they host dinners inside from April to October. You can buy a seat for various themed dinners, or, if you can gather together at least 9 or 10 friends, you can book a private 5 course dinner for just $55/pp. the food is all fresh, from scratch and delicious, the hosts are charming and welcoming. "I chose to stay at this property to celebrate my husband's birthday, and we were not disappointed! The property was a 10+ — absolutely stunning. Shannon's communication was exceptional, starting with a thoughtful phone call in advance to see if there was a preferred bottle we'd like waiting in the room. When we arrived, we were welcomed with delicious snacks and music of our choice playing — such a personal touch. Shannon was incredibly attentive and available to answer all our questions. The room itself was absolutely beautiful, with so much care and attention to detail in every aspect. We will definitely be back! "
