There were many cooking and cleaning amenities provided by host which is always a pleasure. This property is a cabin in the woods so insects do make their way inside no matter what, there were a handful of spiderwebs in nooks and crannies of this property and some of the food provided for our stay was expired. "Very small room/studio for cheaper price (vs hotel/cabin). PROs: Price was ~half of Motel 6 (Big Bear Lake) on 4th of July! Three beds. Private toilet, mini fridge. Front door access was easy to use (lock/unlock, open). The neighborhood seemed quite safe. CONs: Very small - a room/studio attached to house. Path to entrance is dirt and somewhat slippery - walk carefully. Appeared to us that room was used for storage: there were at least 6 mattresses in the room for 3 beds. Very little uncovered...
