"What i was offered and what the room was, were two different things. The manager understood my point and offered me a “upgrade” at a additional price. After checking into my upgraded room, the tv did not work, and the water of the shower was cold and then hot. The room also had a funny smell.... On the upside... "I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience overall. The location was fantastic, with a pristine beach just steps away. The service was great, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options.I don't have any major complaints. There was a minor issue where I was supposed to meet with the manager, Hareesh, before I left regarding a small issue I had. A message was left for him through another manager, but the meeting never occurred. I assume he was busy, so it's not a big deal.Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"
