"This place was really good. Self parking was tricky to figure out that it was a block away. Room walls were a bit thin, could hear the guests I the next room talking and could hear their tv. Everything else was nice and simple. Nothing over the top. Rooms, decor, check in/out, all easy and simple. Perfect, if your not planning on staying in the room much! Will definitely be back. "

"We have stayed at the Arlington for years. This trip was terrible. The carpet in the room was completely nasty. The walls were filthy. Paint was chipped. I was extremely disappointed. It used to be such a beautiful property. We did enjoy the lobby area, as always. But the room was unacceptable. "

While we always chose to drive, it is possible to walk to Central Avenue and down Bath House Row which is where all the day and night life is. It says in the description of the house that it is not ADA accessible. Believe it. My spouse is a bit older, and he made it, but remarked every time he climbed the concrete steps out front. Additionally, the house appears to have been added on to through the decades as no floor is exactly level. I thought it added to the charm. If you have an issue (we did), do not hesitate to contact the number on your reservation information. Someone was available after hours. They took care of it. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch enjoying a glass of wine that last night in town. "
