"Very clean hotel. Staff was extremely friendly at both check-in and check-out. Breakfast is good with fresh baguette, multiple cereals (muesli/granola type), couple of juices, scrambled eggs, mini crepes, yogurts. Croissant and pain au chocolat were just ok. Room was great, clean shower and bathroom. Gated parking too. We stayed just one night, but it was great."

"The hotel is well located if you need to visit the adjacent industrial area. Very friendly staff. Simple but good diner options. I read the hotel just changed ownership, so probably renovation of the rooms will take place in the near future. That would make it even better. "

"Overall, I found this hotel to be OK but leaning towards mediocricity. Several issues: 1) When checking in, I was greeted by a gentleman who seemed distracted with other things. He could not speak English or Spanish, only French. We had a hard time communicating. 2) When I booked the room, I had asked for a baby crib but none was provided at check-in. I had to ask for it again, but this was problematic due to our communication problems (see point 1). Eventually, through pictures he understood...

"Great modern apartment hotel which is well placed for a city trip (access via metro or two bridges means it takes 10mins max to the 'old town' of Toulouse). Room wasn't quite ready yet when we arrived (rooms are advertised as available from 3pm) but the lounge area made it a pleasant wait. Would recommend this place for those looking to travel with kids or those would want a little more space and the option to cook (all apartments have a kitchen). "

"Appart-hotel Clement Ader is fantastic! I stayed in a 1 BDR suite which was ideal. Room was clean, spacious & comfortable with well-equipped kitchen, very comfy bed, separate living room, good shower and large balcony. Hotel has a sauna which was lovely (also outdoor pool but it was not open during my stay). Location is ideal to walk everywhere in the city with shopping/grocery store nearby. It is also within 10 min walk from the Toulouse Matabiau train station. There is also parking available...
