"This property has pleasant aesthetics and was spotlessly clean throughout. The location is very convenient. It is about a 5 minute walk from the central train station. It is also about the same distance to Metro stations as well. It is in a heavily foot-trafficked area, meaning there are lots of tourists around. Although it is in such a busy area, there is absolutely no street noise in the rooms. There are many shops and restaurants close by. However, some are tourist traps. But it is ok because it's convenient. Overall, I would recommend this property for the comfortable interior and the convenience of the location. Staff was great, too."

"Hotel in a great spot for linking up with other cities via the Eurostar or rail network - not a great hotel to walk into Brussels from as area is quite run down. Staff very friendly, room very comfortable and food delicious. Would use it as a base if back in Brussels again (using the train to go into the centre) "
