"The house is clean, in a quiet neighborhood but old and smell enclosed. Maybe it needs to be aired better. And one funny thing: while we were there, because of the foggy weather, we can hear the ferry’s horn blasting continuously!All in all, good place to rest, far from everything.Thanks "

"Naini’s rental is well equipped with everything you might need. The beds are comfortable and it was nice that there is a small bathroom on the second floor. Wifi was good and the tv came in handy on a rainy evening to curl up and watch a movie. Deer Island has lots of little beaches to explore and a rich history dating back many years. Although the weather didn’t permit this trip, there are great places to kayak and maybe see a seal or two. The ferry over to Campobello is a fun day trip as well. The people in the community are friendly and helpful. A great place to go for a little vacation. "

"Accommodations were clean. Great view of the ocean. Had a minor issue with the tub not draining well but owner had a plumber out the same day. Great communication. No complaints at all. We're already thinking of our next trip with family."

"The house was amazing, very clean and neat. Terrific location - right on the beach with a great view across the channel to Maine. We spent hours on the terrace (balcony?) relaxing with a glass of wine. It was the length of the house. We greatly enjoyed the experience."

"We’ve stayed at this lovely property two years in a row and plan to visit again in the future. The host is so lovely and helpful, but is not at all intrusive. The view of the ocean is wonderful and it is fun to watch the boats going to and from the harbor. There is a family of eagles that make regular appearances. The kitchen has all the equipment you might need, coffee maker, blender, even a springform pan! We had a lovely evening watching the full moon rise while sitting around a fire in the fire pit. What great memories! "
