Loved having a separate back yard for our dogs as well as a full kitchen! Plentiful blankets as well. Enjoyed reading the guidebook about local stuff to do and see. Gave us the idea to see the Colorado National Monument.

Great location for a couple. Everything you need in the kitchen and overall a very comfortable residence. A little traffic noise, but not overwhelming. Enjoyed hearing the train pass by. Owners are fantastic, very interesting and friendly. Served us as expected for our stay.

The carriage house had everything we needed for a weekend in Grand Junction. The property was easily accessible, clean and private. The hosts live right nextdoor and were very responsive. They even provided essentials we didn't expect in the kitchen and bathroom. Just a short drive into the heart of Grand Junction or Palisade!
