My husband stayed here years ago and it was an outstanding property at that time. With the Hilton name behind it Iexpected a much better quality of care and attention to detail. "

"I was very cold. The thermostat had a note on it not to use it. I was about to call the front desk when I saw the portable electric space heater. After plugging it in, it helped but was still cold without the option of an added blanket. Also, when I came back from a store run, there were 5 police cars blocking the parking in front of my room. They were going through a person's car and it took a couple of hours. Some other people were on the sidewalk near my room and being very loud, but not cussing or abusive to the police, thankfully."
