This newly renovated beachfront house has a lot to offer families who are looking for a great place relax. Come and fish or enjoy the beach, or better yet do both! Chasin Tails has a 10' Island that seats 6 and a dining table for 12 people. The living room inlcudes a 75" TV with REV cable. The main area has two sitting areas to accomadate adequate lounging with spectacular views of the beach. This property has two master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, both with premium king mattresses. One of the master baths has custom stand up shower along with a large bathtub with air jets for relaxing. The bedrooms each have a 65" TV. The twin bunks are customed-built frames with adult size mattresses and head space to accomodate. The outdoors include a wrap around porch with partial-covered deck facing the Gulf of Mexico. The outdoor grill is a combo pellet/propane. There is an outdoor shower and commode to make for easy rinsing from beach fun all day. Looking for a golf cart to rent during your stay? The location has an optional add on rental for ONE gas golf cart that seats 6 guest (per day fee for the amount of nights location is rented). Lift available on request. Nearest golf cart crossover path is #2.5 Oak Lane.
Note: Island Realty has no control over the Grand Isle Restoration project which may cause parts of the beach or crossover closings from time to time. The project as it is funded and overseen by USACE.

Chasin Tail was a perfect place to stay for our family fishing trip in Grand Isle. Beautiful interior, super clean, next to beach access, beautiful sunrises, and a well appointed kitchen.
For the first time on Grand Isle & therefore…at ChasinTail, it was a delightful experience. Christine, our contact person/manager was wonderful, always available & a lovely person. The house was even better than anticipated. Beautifully furnished, wonderful appointments & amenities, immaculate, comfortable & completely stocked w/items to make it a perfect set up. As a vegan & restaurants open were few, the well stocked kitchen made our cooking most enjoyable. Although understood circumstances, the restoration of the beach made it more difficult to find access to the beach yet we navigated thru it as needed. Sadly, the usual divine water views were obliterate by the mounds of sand and mud. Regardless, WE LOVED OUR STAY!Thank you very much to the owner! Your love for your home is recognized and it has been honored & greatly appreciated. We look forward to a future return!Suggestions: -TVs & remotes need a better tutorial. It was a bit confusing & too often we could not access any of the channels desired. -A more standard grille (propane) would have been appreciated. The pellet system was not one we could embrace & seemed to be our only choice even though there was a possible propane hookup. All best wishes,Shelley & Michael
