"Siri sent me to the wrong address 1st (& the guy there said it happens daily!) so it was a bit of a fiasco but when I finally got here it was great. "

"It is our favorite place to sleep . The serta comfort mattresses are pure comfort for our group. Nothing will disappoint you at Suburban Studio suites. From the beds to the second bathrooms, friendly staff and clean facilities. The breakfast was delicious and hot!"

"The woman that we first experienced when we tried to check in the first time was not only not personable, she was rude and unapologetic for the hotel telling me they would allow me to check in at one, even though that wasn’t true. Overall, the hotel is very nice and we had a great time. I wish that woman wasn’t part of the equation though. Even if we didn’t get to check in at one like we were told, a simple “sorry, due to unforeseen circumstances, we can no longer allow you to check in early,” would’ve sufficed. "

"It is an older hotel but the staff does a tremendous job. My stay was wonderful. I felt very at home. There would definitely stay there again. The front desk lady was amazing. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen."

"Everything was great, service staff Outstanding;) only problem was no hot water in the shower, but the bathroom sink had hot water. ;) Was not their fault, it happens. Enjoyed my stay."
