"You get what you pay for - cheap, not value. Spent the first 2 hours cleaning because it was barely touched - even dining table and chairs had crumbs and spill stains. The coffee maker was black inside the water compartment. I had to pick up silverware and dish soap from the dollar store because there was only 2 forks and spoons for a place advertised for 6 and no dish soap to clean dishes. "This cabin was exactly what I was looking for, a bit rustic but very nice and clean. Amenities nothing flashy. Communicating was very good. I went for back country hiking and this cabin is located in the middle of the Catskill Mountains so I had a great experience. I enjoyed it so much that I am deciding to rent it again."

"Our stay at the farmhouse was excellent. Our family enjoyed the dinners around the large dining room table and the s’mores at the fire pit one evening. Using the grill was easy; everything needed was there for cooking and cleaning. Grabbed a 1860 book at a nearby Hobart bookstore, enjoyed lunch from the Bakers Grimm in Delhi and dinner another night at a brewery in Cooperstown following an hour drive to the baseball hall of fame. "We had an incredible stay at this beautiful converted barn! The location in West Kill is perfectly secluded and peaceful, yet an easy drive for skiing at Hunter Mountain. The space was clean, the linens were fresh, and the host was super responsive. Highly recommend for a cozy mountain getaway!"
